​ZANOLI Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery nestled in the vibrant Tin City enclave of Paso Robles, California. Founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Jimmy and Shelly Zanoli, the winery represents a seamless fusion of heritage and hospitality. Jimmy brings deep generational roots in San Luis Obispo County’s farming and viticulture traditions, while Shelly contributes years of experience managing hospitality at high-end wineries across California. Together, they craft small-lot Rhône-style wines that highlight the diversity of the Paso Robles terroir. Their winemaking philosophy centers around minimal intervention, allowing each vintage to authentically express its vineyard origin, with a focus on balanced acidity, clean fruit profiles, and site-specific character.
