Seven Oxen Estate Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery located in Paso Robles, California, specializing in small-batch Rhône-style varietals and zinfandel. Situated in the Templeton Gap of Paso’s Westside, their 130‑acre estate vineyard is certified organic by CCOF and features about 26 acres of head‑trained, spur‑pruned vines. With Founder and General Manager Adriana Neal and Founder and French winemaker Bastien Leduc at the helm, the team practices sustainable, minimal‑yield farming to highlight the unique terroir of their estate land and produce wines with old‑world elegance and a distinctly local character.
